INSTRUCTION NO. ________

In considering whether or not the plaintiff was an invitee of the defendant at the time and place of the accident in question, even though he entered the premises of the defendant as an invitee, you should consider further the scope of the invitation. The duty of the defendant accompanies an invitee into and upon every part of the premises under the defendant’s control where the invitee is reasonably likely to go under the circumstances of the invitation [, or is induced or allured to go by the invitation expressed or impliedly arising from those circumstances]. But the plaintiff may be an invitee for limited purposes only; and his invitation may have a restricted scope. If he [enters any part of the premises (or makes any use thereof) beyond the scope of his invitation] [or] [remains on the premises after the expiration of a reasonable time within which to accomplish the purpose for which he was invited to enter or remain], he becomes a licensee or trespasser insofar as he oversteps the bounds of his invitation.
