        The [owner] [occupant] of a premises owes no duty to a trespasser whose presence on his premises is unknown to him or could not reasonably have been anticipated. But, if the presence of the trespasser becomes known to the [owner] [occupant] of the premises or reasonably could have been anticipated, the [owner] [occupant] has a duty not to injure him by a willful and wanton act or by doing an affirmative act of negligence.
