Document and Exhibit Management Made Simple

DocumentDirector effectively organizes all kinds of electronic case exhibits from scanned images to deposition testimony clips to presentations created in AdobeTM AcrobatTM or Microsoft® PowerPoint®.  By handling the universe of exhibits in one powerful software package, DocumentDirector eliminates the paper hassle and audio/video equipment demands of traditional exhibit management.

Documents can be prepared for trial using an extensive set of annotation tools, including the highlighter, arrow, note and stamp tools.  Clips can be created from audio/video streams, allowing key portions to be captured for trial presentation.  Case items can be dragged and dropped into various folders for a higher level of organization, and folder items can then be exported into a separate volume or an exhibit outline for use as a trial notebook.  With all of these features, DocumentDirector ofers the most sensible and powerful exhibit organization and trial preparation tool available to the legal profession today.

TrialDirectorTM

Effective Courtroom Presentation

TrialDirector by inData allows you to display and present all forms of evidence in court.  Screen markup tools make it easy to highlight and focus attention on important points.  TrialDirector also automatically displays animation clips, video clips, depositions, photographs and documents.  When preparing for a trial, you can use TrialDirector's "Grab Screen" utility to create complex multi-page views, which can be barcoded and viewed during the trial.  Exhibits that are marked up by a witness or counsel during trial are able to be saved for later recall or printing.
